PiaTel Voicemail Features

•    Access your Voicemail and hear your voice messages from anywhere in the world using the Internet or by email. You can if you prefer still hear you messages by landline or mobile phone.

•    By accessing your PiaTel online web account, you can listen to your recorded messages, which have been automatically converted into sound files. The callers name will also appear within the voicemail recording.

•    Arrange to be sent an email notification notifying you immediately that you have received a voicemail. This Voicemail notification by email will have the actual message included as an attachment to the e-mail. The caller's identity will also be displayed within the email you receive.

•    All voicemail messages received by e-mail or through your online PiaTel web account can be forwarded to anyone else as an e-mail attachment.

•    Record fully Customisable Personal Greetings, which are programmed to play automatically at different times of the day, and on different days of the week or month.

•    Fully customised voicemail controls are easy to use. They enable you to turn any feature on or off anytime you want, such as activating email notification. You can also change the number of seconds before voicemail answers as well as changing your PIN number at anytime, instantly.

•    All voicemail messages can be saved, as there are no limits on storage space or storage time in your PiaTel Web Account. Voicemail can also be saved on your computer.

PiaTel VoiceGram Features

•    VoiceGrams are interactive and personalised messages from you. They can be sent to any landline or mobile phone number in the world, interactively catching the response of the recipient of that call. This message can be scheduled for delivery up to one year in advance, and can be programmed for repeated calling until that person is reached and answers. The reply can be accessed from anywhere by phone, e-mail or Internet. This function is especially useful when sending out appointment confirmations, or making calls to different time zones.

•    As VoiceGrams can be scheduled for delivery for up to one year in advance, they become excellent tools for personal reminders. You can set it up to ring yourself for those appointments that you might easily forget such as hospital, dentist, or social and business appointments. They can be also used to remind you of important dates such as birthdays and wedding anniversaries. Finally, you’ll never be late in the morning again. Free Messages, Faxes and VoiceGrams - Pia to Pia
You can send Free Messages, Faxes and VoiceGrams to any other PiaTel subscriber, worldwide. These types of calls are free and unlimited, to anywhere. That means, any local, national and international call.
All VoiceGram facilities are also free when broadcasting messages to another PiaTel subscriber. Pia will send messages to an unlimited number of PiaTel subscribers for free. Each message can be set up to be individually personalised and interactive.

E-Mail Facilities
Every PiaTel account comes with a web based email address. You can create additional e-mail addresses to be used simultaneously with your primary one. Your e-mail folders can be customised with multiple folders and categories.

Virtual Fax Machine
PiaFax is an online fax service that eliminates the need for a fax machine, an extra fax line and all the associated expenses (paper, ink cartridges etc.). Your Pia telephone number also acts as your fax number that's tied to your email address so you can send and receive faxes as email attachments. You can now have a paperless office where your records are stored digitally. It has all the reliability and security of faxing with the ease and convenience of email. It has multiple line simultaneous faxing facilities, which means the person sending you a fax will always get through to you even when in use and will never receive a busy tone.

Receiving Faxes

Sending Faxes
It's easy to send a fax with your PiaTel subscription. One way is to attach either a file for or a scanned hard copy to an email. Then in the ‘To:’ field, type the recipient's fax number like this: 02075551234 @ piafax.com. Click on the send button and it arrives as a paper fax in their fax machine.

You can send VoiceGrams, Fax-o-Grams, or internal messages to hundreds of people in one easy step. You can simply call, email or fax groups of people via a single message.

PiaTel Drive
With the PiaTel drive you can upload unlimited documents for safe keeping and storing. Useful in situations of having a copy, where computer viruses have deleted all your documents on your computer’s hard-drive or your computer has been stolen. Once these documents are uploaded on our secure PiaTel drives, they are private and only for your own access from any computer that is connected to the internet. You can also make your documents public to share with others that you instruct via a secure hyperlink, which acts as the public interface. Once documents are stored with us, they can be easily downloaded anytime. Pia will always act as your online file store.

PiaXpress Paging
